About Newport Food Festival 2023 - Food Market & Chef Demonstrations

The traditional food market will be set up in the city centre, with street entertainment, chef demonstrations in Newport Market, a vegan and vegetarian village in John Frost Square.

There will also be chef demonstrations from plus the return of the final of the Teen Chef competition.

A wide range of exhibitors will be ready to fill your fridge with delights including meats, cheeses, spices and preserves, breads, pastries and cakes, to pies, pasties, oils and sauces.

When you’ve worked up an appetite exploring the offering and activities, there will be plenty of refuelling choice – Asian, Italian or Welsh, burgers, pizza and of course something to satisfy every sweet tooth!
