About Exhibition: Musoleum - Remembrance of Remembering by Nigel and Joe Talbot

Musoleum brings together sculptures by Nigel Talbot and Joe Talbot that explore memory through the metaphor of the vessel. Using salvaged and recycled materials, the artworks examine how memories are formed, distorted, inherited, or invented over time. Focusing on a father-and-son relationship, the exhibition questions whose stories are remembered, whose are hidden, and how myth and truth intertwine. Some works act as containers for imagined histories, others as guardians of absence, revealing memory as fragile, subjective, and shaped across generations.
