About Spring into Nature with the Wetlands Mini Explorers

Join us for the launch of our Wetlands Mini Explorers sessions—an engaging, nature-based experience designed especially for young children and their families.

This introductory session will give you a taste of what’s to come, featuring a guided nature walk, a themed activity (both indoors and outdoors), an interactive story, and a simple craft. It’s a wonderful opportunity for little ones to explore the wetlands environment through play, creativity, and discovery.

Aimed at children aged 2–4 years (with free entry for sibling babies under 1), these sessions are designed to be relaxed, inclusive, and hands-on. Parents and carers are required to stay and are warmly encouraged to take part.

Please come dressed for the weather, as outdoor exploration will be a key part of the session.

Following this first session, Wetlands Mini Explorers will run at the same time every other Monday. Bookings will open on Monday 18th May and are available as single sessions or as blocks of 6 or 12, with flexible date selection for block bookings (please confirm your chosen dates via email after booking).
