Newport legends, Big Mac’s Wholly Soul Band, will be playing the Corn Exchange on June 9th.

A 12-piece classic soul band who have been together since 1990, Big Mac’s have played all over the UK, including at iconic venues such as The Cavern, The Marquee Club, The Café Royal, The Rock Garden and The Dorchester, as well as internationally in Vienna, Cairo, Tenerife, Germany and Dublin.

Over the years they have supported or shared the bill with acts such as Billy Ocean, Edwin Starr, Jools Holland, Van Morrison, Earth Wind & Fire, Sister Sledge, Gabrielle and so many others.

Celebrating their 34th anniversary in their home city, to have this iconic Newport band on the stage of the Corn Exchange just weeks after opening will definitely be one of the city centre highlights of the summer!
