About SILVER CIRCUS CLUB

Boost balance, coordination, confidence and wellbeing in a fun, social environment. The Silver Circus Club uses circus skills and playful movement to keep both body and mind active, helping improve mobility, focus and social connection while sharing plenty of laughter along the way.

A playful circus workshop for grown-ups who refuse to grow up.

The Silver Circus Club is a relaxed, laughter-filled session where adults can have a go at juggling, clowning, balance activities and playful movement. It's about rediscovering silliness while supporting healthy ageing through gentle physical activity, cognitive stimulation and social interaction.

No experience is needed, just curiosity and a sense of fun. Expect supportive vibes, lots of smiles and the joy of trying something new together.

Led by Darryl J Carrington, a professional juggling clown with over 20 years of experience performing comedy circus shows around the world; and Lucy Lost-It, a professional family entertainer, circus performer, balloon artist, and all-round good egg.
