About Qi Gong
Qigong involves slow flowing exercises that unify the mind, body and breath for deep relaxation and general wellbeing. Combining movement, postural alignment, acupressure and healing sounds, qigong helps to balance the autonomic nervous system, cultivate and circulate qi for better physical and mental health and vitality.
