About Mind in Gwent Mental Elf Fun Run

Mental Elf is a fun run, with the emphasis on fun! Mental Elf is a 5km fun run designed to bring the community together and raise awareness of mental health.

It is designed for everyone to take part, whether you want to run, walk, skip, hop or wheel the course, you are invited to join us!

Our course is mostly flat and paved all the way.

It's suitable for seasoned runners or anyone who just wants to take it easy and stroll, taking in the beautiful sights of the river Usk along the way.

Join Mind in Gwent (formally Newport Mind) for our first Mental Elf event, starting from the Riverfront in Newport on Sunday 1st December.

Registration opens at 10am, with the race starting at 11am. All ages and abilities welcome.

Each participant will receive a completer's medal and a goodie bag.
