About Advance Care Planning Workshop

Lezley, a member of Off the Twig and a Soul Midwife, will be holding an Advanced Care Planning workshop, setting out steps that we can all take towards end-of-life care planning. The workshop will help to demystify and enable our families to better understand what we would like. She will explain the legalities of forms which cover financial and medical choices and which give others a voice on our behalf when we are unable to make those choices ourselves.
